OCC evolved from being a communications software company doing much of its business outside the UK in the 1960s and so has been able to capitalise on its several decades experience in the resourcing of vacancies in the wireless and fixed networks area.

This covers software development, networking, engineering, support and management. We are also particularly active in the 3G wireless area, where we have been involved since the inception of the technology in the mid 1990s. We now have large contract teams and have been recruiting Staff Engineers for clients accross Europe many of which are the largest in the field.
