

Responsibilities: • Setup and configuration of computers for New Hires • Repair of computers, hardware, and software - Break/fix / at user''s desk site & centrally • Replace computers with new, as part of PC Refresh Programme • Liaise with vendors to facilitate repair of computers • Installation of approved software • Hardware Upgrades and swaps • Updating of tickets using Remedy • Conduct regular interaction with IT users using expert customer service skills and expert communication skills. • Resolution of end user''s incident and service requests in accordance with Client Services OLA expectations • Perform advanced incident and problem analysis, troubleshooting, as required to resolve incidents and requests
Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) • Knowledge of SMS / SCCM would be advantageous • Excellent working knowledge required of Windows XP operating system. • Interaction with end users requires excellent service mind and social skills
