IT Support - Poland - Kraków

The 2nd line support / IT Support / Desktop support contractor will work as part of a small team, with responsibility for all aspects of Onsite Services at the Kraków Office (600+ users) You will be able to offer Desktop support - IT Technical Support. You need to have a solid technical understanding, with excellent familiarity of the Microsoft product suite. Ideally be MCSE Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer You will need to be fluent English and also have German or French language skills.

Responsibilities: • Setup and configuration of computers for New Hires • Repair of computers, hardware, and software - Break/fix / at user''s desk site & centrally • Replace computers with new, as part of PC Refresh Programme • Liaise with vendors to facilitate repair of computers • Installation of approved software • Hardware Upgrades and swaps • Updating of tickets using Remedy • Conduct regular interaction with IT users using expert customer service skills and expert communication skills. • Resolution of end user''s incident and service requests in accordance with Client Services OLA expectations • Perform advanced incident and problem analysis, troubleshooting, as required to resolve incidents and requests

Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) • Knowledge of SMS / SCCM would be advantageous • Excellent working knowledge required of Windows XP operating system. • Interaction with end users requires excellent service mind and social skills


Location : Eastern Europe,Krakow

Salary : €10 - €15 per hour
